Delivery Policy

Nature of Services HAPPY SEARCH CONSULTING provides intangible, digital services (consulting, strategy, analysis). No physical goods will be shipped or delivered to the Client.

Method of Delivery All services, reports, documents, and communications will be delivered digitally via email, cloud storage links, or through video conferencing platforms.

Timeline The timeline for service delivery is determined on a case-by-case basis and outlined in the specific proposal or agreement signed with the Client. Immediate services (such as hourly consultations) are considered "delivered" at the conclusion of the video call.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by the Client

• Consultation Calls: Clients may cancel or reschedule a scheduled consultation up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Ongoing Projects: For long-term consulting projects, clients may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed and is non-refundable.

Refunds Due to the nature of digital consulting services and the time invested:

• Completed Services: No refunds are provided for services that have already been rendered or reports that have already been delivered.

• Pre-paid Services: If a client has pre-paid for a block of hours or a project and chooses to cancel before work commences, a refund may be issued for the unworked hours, minus a small administrative processing fee.
