TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of consulting services by HAPPY SEARCH CONSULTING ("the Provider") to the entity or individual purchasing the services ("the Client"). By engaging our services or making a payment, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.

3. Payment Terms
Payments are processed via Wise or Bank Transfer.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
We reserve the right to halt services if payments are not made on time.
4. Intellectual Property Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the reports, strategies, and materials created during the consulting engagement for their internal business purposes. HAPPY SEARCH CONSULTING retains the moral rights and ownership of the underlying methodologies used to create the work.
5. Limitation of Liability HAPPY SEARCH CONSULTING provides advice based on professional experience and current market data. However, we cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., specific revenue increases or search rankings). Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the services in question.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Boulogne-sur-Mer (Hauts-de-France).
